Our Apartment is situated in a Block of 24, accessible by its own private locked gate onto a large terrace with patio furniture on the first (centre) floor overlooking the large communal pool with children’s section.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin - both have large built in wardrobes. The bathroom is tiled wall to floor with bath/shower, w.c, bidet, wash basin with large mirror and lighting and a shelf/storage unit.
In the lounge/diner there is an extending table with 6 chairs, sofa bed, 2 lounge chairs, coffee table, television and portable gas heater.
There is a fully fitted gallery kitchen with drinking water filter system (no need to carry water from the supermarkets!), fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven with grill and lots of essential kitchen appliances and equipment, plus a galeria with washing machine.
We do not allow pets, sorry. Smokers welcome, though please use the balcony when you can.

Liability: Although the property is fully insured, including third party liability, it is the responsibility of those using the accommodation to ensure they have adequate insurance cover. You and your party's stay in the property is entirely at your own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for losses, damages or injury resulting from using the accommodation and its facilities.
