Booking Terms & Conditions:
1) To secure a booking 30% of the rental price must be paid immediately as a non-refundable deposit
2) Full payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period (read note 7 below)
3) If full payment is not received by this time then the deposit and booking are lost
4) Should you decide to cancel after full payment then the table below will be used
5) All refunds of monies paid are totally at the discretion of the Villa Owner
6) Amendments to bookings once processed will be charged at £30
7) A charge of £10 will be levied for late payment reminders
8) Double the 'security deposit' required for same-sex parties
